I first published Becoming Bulletproof in 2011. That was the beginning of an amazing journey where I began sharing the immeasurable power behind the simple movements we are designed to make as humans. I called these movements "resets."


Since then, I've written about 13 books and I've traveled all over the world teaching people how to Press RESET so they could optimize their bodies and improve the quality of their lives. So, it's 2025, and I think after 14 years I'm a little better at explaining the wonders hidden within our bodies.


That's where my latest book comes in, Pressing RESET: Original Strength Forever. It was supposed to be an update of Original Strength Reloaded, a baton passing from Becoming Bulletproof. Instead, it's a rewrite in many ways. It may actually be one of the best books I've written. Although, I really love A Simple Book of Strength.
