My latest book, A Simple Book of Strength, is now available for pre-order. This book is special to me because it is pretty much the strength training philosophy I have adopted over the last twelve years or so.


Strength is layered and full of variables. It’s physical, mental, spiritual, hidden, seen, locked away, or expressed. It can be encouraged, nurtured, increased, decreased, cherished, or neglected.
